I've always had a love for words, which - and I suppose this applies for alot of people as well - is my motivation for writing and keeping this blog going.
When I was younger, I would write out the lyrics of my favourite songs, taking joy in the simple act of putting these literary tapestries into the pages of my notebooks. And when that got too tiring, I would simply print them out, so that I could read them whenever I liked.
There is perhaps few better things than an amazing song. First, the melody that grips you, makes you hair stand on end with its sheer beauty. Then, when it's become familiar, you start to pick out the words; a platter of exquisite morsels waiting to be discovered. Suddenly, everything makes perfect sense. This is it. This is the song that you wish were written, but you just didn't know it. Till now.
It's hard to put into words, but everyone who has ever had a favourite song would understand.
